WHAT HAPPENS IF THE COLLAR I RECEIVED IS THE WRONG SIZE?

We always endeavour to make sure all of our paracord collars are made exactly to the size ordered.

When your paracord collar is finished we will send you a picture of the final sizing for confirmation. Once final sizing is confirmed by you we will send the collar on its way. This helps to avoid any issues down the track should there be an undetected error.

Cords 4 Canines cannot issue a replacement or refund for collars that do not fit if the sizing given at the time of order is wrong.

Please see our "STORE POLICIES" section for our policy on refunds and returns.

OH NO! I CAN SEE MELTED CORD ON MY COLLAR OR LEAD! IS THIS NORMAL?

Don't let melted cord give you a meltdown! It's perfectly normal and meant to be there :) We need to melt the ends of braided cord to ensure longevity and security of the braid. The majority of the time these melted areas will be on the back of your collars where they are not visibly noticeable from the outer, and on leads at the very ends or else tucked in where possible. While we make every effort to keep these melts visually appealing and barely noticeable, they are a requirement. We also take great care in ensuring that all melt points on our collars and leads are super smooth and as flush as possible so as not to cause any discomfort to you or your dog when being handled or worn.
